WARRANTIES-RETURNS
We will gladly exchange unused merchandise or issue a refund within 10 days of the invoice date. Returns/exchanges are only processed if the goods are returned with an authorized returns number from Customer Service and accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges for an alternative product or size will incur a delivery charge, Greece €5.00, European standard delivery service €20.00. This 30-day satisfaction guarantee is only valid for products purchased from KRD. Returned goods should be sent to KRD and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Every product we sell is covered by a one-year warranty. Any product you wish to return must be accompanied by a KRD RETURNS NUMBER. This unique number is available from Customer Service. Any goods returned without an official authorized returns number will not be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.
If any manufacturing defect occurs on a Fox product during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge (shipping costs to Fox are not refunded for warranty items).
Warranties cover defects in workmanship and fabrics but do not cover normal wear and tear of the materials. Products that are replaced will be replaced with the same size and model as originally purchased. Returned goods should be sent to Fox and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please ensure that products returned for warranty are washed and clean.
